Greeted by pleasant and helpful staff. Short wait time; by the time I fill out paperwork I’m in a room. Dr Black is always happy with a smile on her face, welcomes me and asks what’s going on in my life right now. She consistently has all my lab results and medical history at her finger tips ready to make the medical recommendations that apply to my problems. She remembers me, she genuinely cares, she’s professional and makes sure she follows up with a call after my appointment. I feel comfortable and can freely speak with her about anything bothering me and I’m not afraid to ask her anything I need to know. She answers all my questions in terms I can understand and if I don’t, I can ask her how to pronounce a medical term or about the meaning of a medical word or procedure. I have total faith in her medical knowledge, her ability to not give up on me or any medical problems I may experience. I trust Dr Black and I love Dr Black. She’s not only a very proficient, professional and caring physician but a true medical friend to have in your corner!!!! I have recommend her to many friends, my daughter and my granddaughter and they have all thanked me for introducing them to her!!!! Thank you to Dr Black and her amazing Staff!!!!

2hr appt for a checkup is very long.Please adjust my appointments to be a time frame closer to reality. My rides sit and wait in parking lot.

Special environment has been created by Dr Black and those she brings in to assist her. I always feel she is prepared when I arrive, understand my concerns or questions from session time spent with nurse, and is very engaging with me personally to understand my heath, well-being, and recommendations to change for better health!

Dr Black and staff are not only extremely knowledgeable but easy to talk to. They take the time to understand your needs and tailor fit the procedures making you feel 100% comfortable the entire time. It feels more like family than just the normal doctor / patient exchange. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for this type of treatment.
